Steps to get this card:

The CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card, given by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) in the UK, is a card for skilled workers who have finished an apprenticeship or have a construction-related qualification. This card shows that the person has the needed skills, knowledge, and training to do their job safely and well on a construction site.
How to Apply:

However, if you have a City & Guilds Craft or Advanced Craft certificate, you can apply for a Blue or Gold Skilled Worker CSCS card, depending on your certificate type. You can replace your CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card by completing a new NVQ/SVQ (National/Scottish Vocational Qualification). This will allow you to get a new CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card for the occupation you want. Alternatively, you have two other options:
CSCS Green Labourer Card: This is the most popular card in the construction industry. It allows you to work on-site and covers basic trades. The card is valid for 5 years.
CSCS Red Provisional Card: This card allows you to work on a construction site for 6 months. To qualify, you need to have taken the CITB HS&E test within the last two years.
