Validity of the card – 5 years
To apply for this card you must have:
1) A valid CITB HS&E Test in Supervisory. Haven’t done this test? Do this first – Book Supervisor Card Test
2) An NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or 4 in Supervisory qualification certificate or its equivalent.
Minimum age to apply for this card is 16 years.
