By booking a CITB test through our services, whether on behalf of a company or as an individual, you grant us the authority to facilitate necessary modifications as and when needed. These modifications may encompass, but are not restricted to, alterations in the test center, adjustments to the date and time of the test, and changes in the test type. Should any such changes transpire, they will promptly be conveyed to the candidate via email.
Once a test is scheduled, cancellation is possible only with a minimum of 3 days’ prior notice before the designated test date and time. Rescheduling is permissible within the same timeframe without incurring any fees. In the event of test cancellation, a refund will be provided, deducting an administration fee of £15.
Construction cards solution reserves the right to make the necessary amendments or cancel the test as and when required.
Under any circumstances or situations, should a candidate be deemed as ‘unsuccessful’ or fail to attend for any reason, they will not be eligible for a complimentary test. The decision to grant such a test rests solely at our discretion in every situation.
Please take into consideration that the selected test date and time during the application process is not confirmed until availability is confirmed. Any modifications to the test type, date and time, test center personnel, or payment particulars will be promptly communicated to candidates through email or telephone without delay.
Health & Safety courses/ NVQ:
Any construction qualification course once booked, needs to be completed within the stipulated time frame.
Upon booking the course and dispatching the candidate’s details, no alterations will be applied to the candidate’s personal information. It is solely within our discretion to consider changes, subject to thorough verification of the provided documents.
Once a course is booked, it’s important to note that refunds or cancellations are not permissible under any circumstances. This is due to the fact that these processes are managed by a third-party organization. The funds are debited from our account immediately upon booking, and they are non-refundable
Upon enrolling in any of our construction-related courses, whether through offline or online channels, irrespective of whether the booking is done by the candidate directly or by a company representing them, it is understood that you have a clear grasp of the course content, are aware of its components, and have evaluated its appropriateness for your requirements.
In the event that a candidate does not successfully complete the course, it’s important to note that there is no provision for a free reattempt. Instead, a separate fee is required based on the specific category of the course for any subsequent attempts.
CSCS Cards:
When you book or apply for a CSCS card, you give us permission to make required changes. These changes are made to speed up the application processing.
Choosing and booking the correct card is the candidate’s duty. Even after talking to our support team, the final decision rests with the candidate.
Any changes made to the application or card type is at our sole discretion and only after subject to proper verification of documents.
In any case if the card has been cancelled or requested to cancel after 30 days of booking, then no refund shall be issued. However, all the cancellation requests or cancellation made in this time are subject to partial refund after £15 administration charges.
General:
No booking/application/appointment shall be made for the candidate who is under 16.
All the payments have to be made in GBP and no other currency.
